我国首个“进口LNG窗口一站通”5年期长期协议产品在上海石油天然气交易中心成交【置顶】

2019年12月24日，我国首个“进口LNG窗口一站通”5年期长期协议产品在上海石油天然气交易中心成交。京燃能源（舟山）有限公司摘单，并与中海石油气电集团下属销售分公司签约。我国天然气市场化改革、基础设施公平开放步伐再提速。
京燃能源（舟山）有限公司总部位于北京，运营中心在用气大省山东省青岛市。作为新进入天然气市场的“生力军”，京燃能源聚焦天然气终端市场，市场范围覆盖山东、江苏、浙江、湖北、江西、广东等地。目前，公司终端用户以工商业用户为主，将在大型点供和储气库等领域不断发力布局，计划三年内，公司天然气板块营业收入实现百亿元。
京燃能源总经理周狸逃表示，作为清洁高效的低碳能源，天然气在我国生态文明建设和能源低碳转型中将扮演着重要角色，发展潜力可期。在此背景下，京燃能源积极进入天然气市场，并非常关注上海石油天然气交易中心推出的“进口LNG窗口一站通”系列产品。通过公开、公平的市场化交易，交易中心和中海石油气电集团共同推动了我国天然气基础设施开放，让更多民营企业有机会深入参与国际天然气贸易，为民营企业做大做强释放了活力。
On December 24th 2019, China's first "LNG import window" 5-year long term agreement product was concluded at Shanghai Oil and Gas Exchange center.  Jingran Energy (Zhoushan) Co., LTD picked the order and signed a contract with the sales branch of CNOOC Oil & Gas Power Group.  China's natural gas market reform, infrastructure fair and open pace will be accelerated.  
Jinggran Energy (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Beijing, with its operations center in Qingdao, Shandong Province, a major gas-consuming province.  As a "new force" entering the natural gas market, Jinggran Energy focuses on the natural gas terminal market, covering Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Jiangxi, Guangdong and other places.  At present, the end users of the company are mainly industrial and commercial users, and the company will continue to make efforts in the distribution of large point supply and gas storage and other fields. It is planned that the company's business revenue of natural gas sector will reach 10 billion yuan within three years.  
Tony Zhou, general manager of Jinggran Energy, said that as a clean and efficient low-carbon energy, natural gas will play an important role in China's ecological civilization construction and energy low-carbon transformation, and its development potential can be expected.  Under this background, Jinggran Energy actively enters the natural gas market, and pays close attention to the "Import LNG Window one stop" series products launched by Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Trading Center. Through open and fair market transactions, The trading center and CNOOC Have jointly promoted the opening up of China's natural gas infrastructure, which has provided more private enterprises with opportunities to participate in international natural gas trade and unleashed vigor for private enterprises to grow bigger and stronger.
