京燃能源长期“进口LNG窗口一站通”首船LNG资源到港【置顶】

2021年3月20日，“Neptune”号LNG运输船，满载着 京燃能源委托中国海油代为采购的LNG现货资源到港。2021年1月，京燃能源开始预提货，3月20日首船现货到港，标志着我国首个长期（五年期）“进口LNG窗口一站通”协议产品顺利进入交割环节。
2019年12月24日，京燃能源通过上海石油天然气交易中心签约我国首个长期“进口LNG窗口一站通”协议产品，产品提供方为中国海油。每个合同年里，京燃能源可提取2船长协资源和2船现货资源，长协资源由中国海油提供，现货资源由用户自行采购或委托中国海油代采，现货与长协资源交叉提取，以热值（吉焦）为计量单位，提货地点为中国海油相关联并拥有使用能力（协议产品合同期内）的所有LNG接收站，实现了单点卸货，多点、气液态混合提货。长期稳定的接收站开放合同及多主体供应也为天然气保供多元化奠定了基础。
On March 20, 2021, "Neptune" LNG carrier arrived at the port, fully loaded with LNG purchased by CNOOC entrusted by Jingran Energy.  In January 2021, Jinggrun Energy started to take forward cargo, and the first spot shipment arrived at the port on March 20, marking the smooth delivery of China's first long-term (five-year) "LNG import Window" products.  
On December 24, 2019, Jinggran Energy signed China's first long-term "LNG Import Window" agreement product through Shanghai Oil and Gas Trading Center, and the product is provided by China National Offshore Oil Corporation.  In each contract year, Jinggran Energy can extract 2 captain's cooperative resources and 2 ship's spot resources. The long-term cooperative resources are provided by CNOOC, and the spot resources are purchased by users or commissioned by CNOOC. The spot resources and long-term cooperative resources are cross-extracted, taking caloric value (GJ) as the unit of measurement.  Pick up the cargo at all LNG terminal associated with CNOOC and possessing the use capacity (within the contract period of the products), realizing single point unloading, multi-point and gas-liquid mixed pick up.  The long-term and stable opening contract of LNG terminal and multi-subject supply have also laid a foundation for the diversification of natural gas supply.
